^ ^ Basically what RRLwusa said. (Well said, RRL!)
However many people have skirted that by drawing the nsfw then putting a layer in front of it before posting. I have seen people get in trouble despite doing that though.
^ I forgot to add, not everybody who does that (posting nsfw with layers in front) gets in trouble.
I think whether you get punished or not depends on if someone finds you and reports you or not.
I figure if you were very stealthy about your po.rn drawing habits, hiding it behind layers that have normal/sloppy art on them, you'd be able to post as much as you wanted without any repercussions. You'd just have to find a stealthy way to let people know you've posted loads of po.rn/general naight stuff... lol

i'm pretty sure you're allowed to, its what the mature filter is for before you post your paintings, just make sure to do so

Yes, but it really depends on how you do it. You gotta be careful with certain subjects.
Bikinis/swimsuits, underwear, and wet clothes are okay, just be careful not to make it be to sexual in positioning and mood.
Nude breasts are okay, but put it under the mature filter. It will most likely be reported if not marked mature.
Completely nude, as I've heard, is totally taboo on colors. It will not go over well, filtered mature or not.
I would go on, but I don't want my comment reported by someone. I hoped this proved helpful.
