Abilities: Crowley can use two different kinds of magic; shifting at will between his dragon and human form, and teleportation. The latter allows him to travel long distances almost instantly, but he mostly uses it to get the upper hand in fights. In human form, he wields a long knife. In dragon form, he had large, hooked talons, sharp teeth, and lightning reflexes. However, he is quite small for a dragon, only 6ft.

And yep! Considering he's basically the Brinks' creator, he can remove their power over others, but only if they truly want to remove themselves from Dark Brink, which often means sacrificing the powers they have received from him. For example, if Keenan was to get his mark removed, his eye would return to normal. So basically this is for people who don't want to end up like Forrest, Ryker and co XD
Plus, the sword can do more than remove marks. It's sharp enough to remove limbs too, so whoever of his descendants, or even others if a descendant entrusts someone else to wield it (though they don't have the power to remove marks), use it have to be experienced enough to not cause harm without meaning to. Of course, it's up to the handler what they use it for.
