This Morry (something I made up) was catched and locked up in this room. He tries to escape by using his teeth to destroy the iron bars. While doing this, he's saving energy to destroy the electricity-field later.
Someone who was there before wrote "I want liberty" on the wall. Sadly, no one knows what happened to him...
