Argorok from Twilight Princess and Hyrule Warriors!... Yes, I know it looks like "Aligatorok" with huge eyes and a cute furry stomach... but not only is this from memory: regardless if I COULD draw it exactly, the boss looks like "something" with wings... you can't see it's eyes normally either...
