Mic Kirby, drum set Yoshi, trumpet(?) Charizard, and Totodile with... is the last instrument a guitar...? I can't tell.

Reminds me of concept art from the original Sonic the Hedgehog, which had Sonic, Vector the Crocodile, and a couple others in a band. Much like many other concepts, this went unused.
