This Niyara is a light/Dark hybrid, but it has some ice in its bloodline somewhere too.
Dark Niyaras can barley see in the day, almost to the point where they're blind.
Light Niyaras, however, have excellent eyesight
This fellow can see both in the dark and the daytime, although he still has long claws, sharp teeth, and bendy horns that are typically for dark Niyaras to defend themself.
He has a thick coating of ice around his horns and his floof is extra strong

I need to write more on lore but basically light dragons are very optimistic and go-with-the-flow while Dark dragons think optimism is naive and are willing to do whatever they need to do for the greater good.
