Cracking Eggs by Witzke
Charmelein: Why are eggs so delicate!? Well, the egg broke, so you can just take out the shell chunks I guess. But I need to show you the mothod still.

Does anyone else get real tense when trying to crack an egg? You've gotta whack it against the bowl but you just feel like its gonna break all the way through. Well, I hope you all enjoyed! : D

i am very cautious when breaking eggs for milkshakes, because who wants eggshell chunks in their milkshake or breakfast?

Aye! I know the feeling! xD
What always helps me though, is to do a double tap. So for instance: I tap the egg once really lightly, but then follow up with a slightly harder tap which cracks it initially. Then I give it a final tap to crack it the rest of the way ^0^
