A wish maker who can grant one wish per person. She can infinitely grant her own wishes as well. Those making wishes must be specific since there's no take-backs.

After she got her wish granted from the second wish maker (which is to have her hair magically turn into cotton candy at will & regrow afterwards) he offered her the job before he soon died
Her weapon is the Wishing Staff: can shoot stars and beams of light & can surround the user in mystical viels/auras
