-their dad is Russian-American and was born in the states; Yori looks more like him. Their mom was born in Japan and later moved to the States, and Rika looks more like her. their parents are gr8 i love them.
-Yori has a shibe named Makoto and Rika has a white cat named Luka. Luka hates Makoto. Yori and Rika often fight about this.
-Yori gets overheated like super easily his body temp is unnatural so he hates summer and almost always wears short sleeves (altho he continues to wear jeans bc he hates shorts and is weird)
-When they were smol bby's, Rika was taller than Yori which annoyed the heckk out of him but he has restored height dominance by 4 inches

i like to have future careers for my OC's so Rika eventually becomes an art teacher and Yori prob just ends up YouTubing as a career idek he's lazy

also yori is a neat freak (despite being lazy 24/7 like no one sees him clean it just is) and rika is like...not?? either way they used to share a room until this became an issue. Rika still spends ninety nine percent of her time in his room tho and he tries his hardest not to throw a mug at her head for leaving pencil shavings on his floor
