This is a #Zilariun that @Spectral-Ashwood let me make. One of three - possibly four - Zilariun OCs complete! XD
Charbel Vyk is a social, charming, persistent, and incredibly loud dragon. He works as a map and flyer seller, making a living by purchasing and reselling resort tickets in Jaragornin and across the realms. He is rather successful because of his ear-piercingly, obnoxiously, unbearably loud voice which can be heard from the other side of town. What makes it worse is that he never stops talking.
Charbel is also terrible at catching social cues, so he will seldom leave even if others tell him to. He believes just about everybody is his friend, unless they declare otherwise - but even then, he might take it for a joke.
However, you can't help but love a guy who can wink a hundred times a minute and talk five times faster.

Ahh, one of the things I love the most about your paintings is the anatomy, (especially the arms and legs) it looks so professional everytime you draw!
