One of my original OC's, Satoshi.

Satoshi is a 16 year old junior (his birthday is May 4th) who often goes by "Toshi". He can come off as very egotistical, self absorbed, and entitled with an inflated sense of worth, but that is only a veneer he puts up. Satoshi was adopted as a child by a couple who already had their own biological child, his older brother by a year, Makoto. As a result, Satoshi was often pushed to the side in favor of his older, smarter, more talented brother (at least in his parents eyes). Feeling neglected, Satoshi began to crave attention from anyone he met, and became a clingy, sensitive individual with an intense fear of rejection in any form. He uses his narcissistic nature to cover up his own self consciousness, and in reality feels as if he's nothing special at all and thus deserves nothing from anyone.

He can be a little bit of a yandere at times, and acts very happy go lucky and childish in public. He loves sweets, plushes, cute anime girls, J-pop, and loose clothing. He displays some effeminate characteristics, and puts on a front of being very airheaded and gullible, but in reality is very clever and quite pessimistic. He has complex with people in authority, mostly because of his parents, and thinks adults are bossy, demanding, and hypocritical.

His adoptive parents are immigrants from Japan who moved to America shortly before Makoto was born. Toshi, however, was born in America and is American by nationality.
