I think of Halo 2 every time I think of that song because of it playing in the mission Gravemind when you get to the Mausolium (can't be bothered to spellcheck that) of the Arbiter and see Brutes, Elites and Hunters all fighting..
I always /loved/ that part of the campaign level, it had an incredible awesome and badass feeling.

Halo gets a lot of sh.it cause before CoD became king in 2OO9 or so, Halo was the shooter that everybody played. It was the king of console FPS, so it had the popularity thing going on and you know how people like to hate on what's popular. That and /tons/ of kids played it, myself included. (Only I didn't cuss at people through the mic or scream like most kids did lol. God, there were so many a.ssholes on Halo 2 thirteen to eleven years ago)
For a long time, there was a war between CoD and Halo fans. It was kinda funny to me at the time... you had people yelling "Gaylo" on the mic then people making fun of CoD.
I used to make fun of CoD, I was a childish fool then. Pffff tweens..
