I know exactly how you feel. X'D My advice to break art block (since I'm just getting out of one) would be to find some free time in your week - get away from the busyness and all - to really think about art and figure out things you'd like to draw. I like listening to music or looking at others' art for inspiration.
If you're dissatisfied with your art, try new stuff! I love Pinterest because of the huge variety of styles portrayed. Maybe try new things, draw others' characters, or draw fan art for your favorite shows! Basically just explore.
And if it's just art in general that isn't intriguing to you, I get that. I understand if you ever want to leave, though I'll definitely miss you and your art. ^^

Lol, I like to paint a dark color behind my color layer so I can see what I have and have not colored.
