Hey Shadow, I noticed your recent comment on Spec's gallery and it made me curious: a Dreamer either has strong magic or more forms, right? I notice that #FGOceanDream rarely ever uses magic, and coincidentally I've been wanting to give her more forms for a while now. Am I allowed to make that change?
