She's the twist of the game: when ToonLink came to Termina, Celeste immediately falls for him! Which results in her being a "guide" (replacing Tatl). She's captured for a ritual, but is saved by Link! Sadly, her feelings for him aren't returned as the Hero returns to Tetra/Zelda later.

The inspiration for her came from these lyrics: JKJKJKLOLOLOL I heart your f'ing makeup ohmygod I luv your hair is that a new tattoo? Did that piercing f'ing hurt?
