water attacks may cause waterblight if struck mulitple times
after reaching a certain hp threashold will unleash an energy beam that begins the transition into phase 2. it deals massive damage if struck but is easy to dodge

in phase 2 wings/fins always glow, full bioluminescence glows when enraged
