Malice took hold of the dream bending it to his will.

The Nightmare king stood in a Barren Wasteland,with nothing for miles in all directions " tell me, why do you desire in digging up Corpses of the past?" Malice growled.

Standing behind the Nightmare king was a woman with blood red hair and eyes, she wore a black long dress made of Shadows " your not going to ignore me this time little Prince?" She asked in a tease.

turning and face the woman, Malice glare at her " why are you doing this?" He asked again with a harsh tone.

The woman smirk taking her hand and resting her chin on the back of it" I was trying to get your attention, and I see it finally worked" amusement danced in her eyes "you have always been a stubborn one~" she hum

Malice was not sharing the same amusement as the woman, he folded his arms and shifting his weight on one leg with a Stern look on his face" you have my attention now but know this, you should be cautious our you might regret it!" he threatened with a growl.

The woman laughed, walking over to the Nightmare king she took her index finger and brought it up under his chin" oh please, there isn't any nightmare you can show me, no horror you can inflict I have not seen or experience already little Prince~" she taunted

Curling his lip Malice's " do not touch me" he grabbed the woman arm that was touching him and pulled her hand away. " Enough of your games Shoji!" He snap clearly irritated

Shoji raised an eyebrow and push her lip with a mock pouty look " aww~ is that really how you are going to speak to your mother~? " She held her smug look "Remember I know your true form Malanin~ and there is something I been trying to tell you but are you willing to listen or are you doing to spout more idle threats?"

Malice glare at the woman " do not refer to me with that name" he sneered then released her arm, and folded his arms again saying bitterly " go on with your nonsense then"

Shoji casually rubbed her wrist, and started to walk slowly around the Nightmare king, her black dress trailing Shadows behind her " a lot has changed with you since the last time I whispered my song to you in your sleep~ you are not the same as I ones remembered"

Malice didn't turn but keep his eyes on Shoji as she strutted around him " I do not know what you are talking about, I am the same as I was before" he lied, knowing the changing in his behavior with his new unwanted emotions.

Stopping Shoji lifting a brow at the Nightmare king with a ' oh really' look " Mal, don't you know a mother knows when there Child lie's~" placing a hand on her hip, tipping her head with a smirk "hmhm, who's the one playing games now? I know you better then you know yourself my little prince~"she hum

The woman with blood red hair reached out a hand and tapped the sky, the world around them changed... The sky was dark heavy with smoking and Embers, a City laid burning with black flames, bodies we're scattered on the ground, the sounds of screaming carried on the Wind of those burning or been finished off by dark creatures, the scene focused on the Nightmare king in his true form, he stood with a female Dreamer bound and impel with his chains, black blemishes where along her pelt we're the Barb chains impel her and were spreading fast, her head was jerking as her eyes rolled around wild, Malice dropped the female, she laying on her side twitching, her hooves grew into claws and dug into the Earth, the female drawled in a sharp painful wheeze as dark flames was eating away her chest from the inside out, soon Shadows and flames consumed her, one the flames died down her transformation was complete, a New Nightmare was born, and her Erie slit eyes open, Malice was watching the whole time with his black eyes showing no emotions, the Nightmare king flaring his nostrils and turned going back into the burning City to hunt for any other who we're still alive and force them to the same cruel fate.

"Now this is the Malice I know" Shoji gesture to the burning City " the Nightmare king who is the prize of Soledormir, his trophy of the land of Dreams~" she said with a Charming tone

Malice glanced at there surroundings, he remember this place and what happened, it was in his youth, Soledormir voice was still strong in his mind, the Nightmare king shifted his weight to his other foot and trunk his gaze back to the woman and raised a Brow " your point is?"

Shoji chuckled " the point is how do you go for this to this~?" She hum, and took her other hand and extended it making the world change yet again but this time to a much more recent memory...

There we're now in the Alleyways of Nebbia, Eira was trapped by a Giant half burned rat, As the giant rat lunged for its next meal a black figure darted in front of it, thrusting his black blade straight through the bottom of its skull in one motion he grabbed the beast forcing it to the ground. The Shadows hunter place a foot on the creature chest and ignited his sword with green flames burning the rat, the Haven blade leaned down looking at it with cold eyes and spoke something in a strange language [ I know your listening Demise, leave the key Hunters for me to deal or it will be you next I kill!] he then pulled his blade.

Shoji rested her chin on the back of her hand " didn't you ask yourself 'why did I save her? Why did I come?'"she repeated his thoughts at that time

Malice watched the seen play out remembering it well, " and your point is? "
at the time he didn't understand it but he felt concerned for the Griffin shapeshifter safety but he also had other intentions then and lied to her " I only did it, so she would trust me as a Shadow Hunter, nothing more and nothing has changed" he said bluntly, but it made a
sick feeling in his gut that he did deceive her.

Shoji shook her head with a smirk, she knew he was being draw to Eira " didn't I just tell you a mother always knows~" she then put a hand on her hip and made a pathetic sign " then again you have always been bullheaded" she pushed her lips " if that not enough how about this one?" She said and wave her hand changing the world yet again...

There we're now in a Forest, the ground show evidence of that it just rain, Mina and Urufu were standing next to a log, Serenity's dagger was lodged in a tree trunk,
Malice knew this moment it was when the blue Venatavis confess her worries, doubts and frustrations.
"I- It doesn't feel good. To know you can't fight your own battles, you can't finish off someone without needing help... I'm not strong enough, I never will be! I couldn't save my friend, I couldn't even save my damned U-" She cut off, looking down at her hands."I don't want pity. I just don't want to be saved."

Urufu eyes slow widen when Mina pulled out his sister dagger //... How?... why does she have Serenity's Rose?// as the Venatavis held the blade into the tree and it hit its Mark //...It was her...She the one that stab my .... Heart...//
the Griffin shapeshifter slowly being to move a hand to his chest his mind was racing with though and memories. Pushing them aside for the moment Urufu focus back to Mina and her story "....Mina....You still being alive after all that you have endured proves that you are strong...." Looking to the dagger in the tree the Griffin Shadow Hunter grips his fist "....But know.... for what you feel your friends feel the same... They do not protect you to pity you, but to save themselves from the though of if they failed...."

 " ....A long time ago I had a sister...She was no strong Warrior she won no battle...But she won the hearts of the people, she did not do this by speeches, or bribes she was just herself...." Looking over to the dagger "she cared for others and worried much like you are now that someone would be lost in her Place...." standing back up Urufu glace over at Mina "...Take if from someone who lost everything.....If they love you...It's doesn't matter what you are...." Looking forward the Griffin shapeshifter took his fingers through his hair "....She was also not able to shift, but I never seen her as fake" He turned his head to Mina

Shoji was watching his memory, the woman glanced over at the Nightmare king with amusement " soo~ compassionate for a creature without empathy, expecially for ones enemy~ " she closed her eyes and shook her head with a sigh " then again later you place a death curse on Mina even after you clammed she reminded you of Serenity" the woman said look up at the Nightmare king with her blood red eyes. " Would you blame her death like he did with his sister?"

The corner of Malice's lip twitch, he didn't like what she was doing, playing with him like she was, it was making him feel uneasy, exposed like been out of his frame and vulnerable and what made it worse for him was that he knew this shouldn't have bother him to start with, Nightmares we're not supposed to know empathy, and remorse and he what it to stop
" Enough Sho--!" The Nightmare king was cut off by Shoji putting her index finger to his lips " Shhhh, I'm not done yet~" she teased " how about we look at something a little more recent~ " the woman snapped her fingers with her free hand and there surroundings changed...

Malice gripped Shoji hand much harder then last time she touched him, he raised his other hand to strike the woman but the Nightmare king froze seen there new surroundings of s place he just left...

The hidden City of the Venatavis Malice seen himself in what he thought was the ridiculous purple outfit Dreameater had made well in his frame and he grumbled at the site but Alexandrea giggling at the memory version of himself Malice look away rubbing his forehead with embarrassment.
The dream version of Malice converted his clothes back into his normal attire and smirked " this is more befitting of a king of darkness?" He said with a hint of a tease at Alex.

"Much more fitting, yes" Alexandrea smiles, her face heating a bit. "I feel conflicted after encountering Fiona...she's right, we're supposed to be enemies, but for some reason. I can't think of you as my enemy"

Malice smile at Alex compliment, but his smirk faded to his normal expression, he pulled his gaze for the shapeshifter " but I am your enemy, I have already try to claim your life...and, who to say I won't do it again?"

Mal let go of Shoji and was watching this moment intensely he felt a twinge in this chest with the memory. The Blood hair women rubbed her wrist getting released a smirk was on her face as she watched watched the Nightmare king.

Alexandrea shrugs, "You're right, who says you won't try again? But I could have killed you today, while you were a vulnerable light eater and I didn't..." she takes his hand in hers, staring down at their hands locked together, "Something's drawing us together, but what? I don't know"

The dream version of Malice look down as Alex take his hand, something keep him from pulling away in discuss, instead he moved his other hand to the Phoenix shapeshifters cheek " your a babbling fool" the Nightmare king murmurs as he moves his head and close his eyes, presses his lips to her's in a kiss.

Malice face flushed seen himself kissing Alex, he had conflicting feelings about this moment, as a Nightmare this shouldn't be happening, he should have loathes this but instead the taste of the Phoenix shapeshifters lips, the Touch of her skin and the look in her eyes he long for again, Malice's mind play back the conversations the two of them had and a smirk appeared on his face

The Nightmare king memories were interrupted with Shoji laughter " aw, to think my little prince is all grown up and finding love~ " she hum with amusement " and here I thought the  court jester was joking we're he said a Nightmare could gain a heart " Shoji look up at Mal and tapped his chest "this is my point, you /are/ changing "

Malice snapped his attention back to the woman, curling his lip at her " Omen and his meddling!" He hist"
I did not ask for this! To know these emotions that contradict my instincts, its nothing more than a distraction that causes turmoil! " Malice pointed at the woman " tell me why did he do this! I know you know!"

Shoji sighed "stubborn, you know there a /lot /more involved then just Omen " she said flatly " but as far as the Court Jester goes" she started.

lifting a brow and Shrugged "its Judas sweetie, he not all there up top" she stated "Judas has always felt that you two were a like, a kind of kinship between you and him, It had to do with Something about him never meeting his family and you both were made to be weapons to destroy worlds for Soledormir and ether one of you were giving a choice " the woman waved a hand as she spoke "
Judas wanted things to be different with you then him, but with how I made the Light Eaters I thought that would not have been possible " she shook her head with a grin " that stupid boy more persistent than he knows his own good " she was referring to Judas "he said no one was looking out for him and he what you to be different, but the thing he never understood or at least I didn't think he did was that difference between you two was he was made of flesh and Bone as you are a living curse of dark Magic
so~ to amuse the court jester I made a / deal / with him and for the last 20 thousands years he has been looking over you~ " Shoji giggled and tipped her head "granted by your memories he could have done things a/ lot /different but with someone in his condition and with my brother it's even a Wonder your still alive, but here you are, I guess Judas has keep his promise to more then just me~" she hum the last part, something gleamed in her eyes.

Malice shot a cold glare when she refer to him as 'sweetie' he folded his arms listening quietly as his mother spoke, by the look on his face he was not happy and only got more angry " you made a deal with that devil and because of that he's been a pain in my a--" he was interrupted by his mother scolding" language" she raising a disapproval brow.

Malice clenched his fist with rage " of all the forces of evil, you say I have changed?! " he growled at the daughter of Soledormir, The world around grew dark with Malice's anger, the roof ripped open a ominous storm, the wind shredded there surroundings turning it back into a desolate land, as dead branches entangled with skeletons broke up in the floor, the dream version of him and Alex turned to dust and we're Swept Away.
"I do not Need his or ANYONE'S empathy or protection!!" The Nightmare king roared, and cracked his chains making them sound like Thunder.

Shoji was casually inspecting her nails/claws as Malice threw his tantrum "so stubborn, are you done with your fit yet little prince?" She said plainly unimpressed

flashing his fangs with range Malice lashed out with his chains at the woman.

"So bullheaded" Shoji glanced up at the Nightmare king ["reveal to me your true form"] she commanded in the dark language just before his chains striked.

Malice grimace with her words, his chains dissolve into Shadows, he raised his hands inform of himself and watch them deteriorate, he look up at Shoji as the Darkness over took his form and was dissolve, the dark figure begin to shrink until a small form was all that was left, revealing Malice as a light Eater.

" there my little prince" Shoji smiled warmly, she walk over and kneel down and gave her creation a sympathetic look " despite what you said and think Mal he has been protecting you all this time" Shoji close her eyes and look away " but he knew a time would come we're he can not look after you, and he has been trying to prepare you..." she looked back to Malice her eyes glisten with moisture " because when my father returns, you will die..."

Ahhh I don't want Mal to die ;_; Him & Judas (Not Omen >_>) are probably my top favorites out of your chars, I love them too much.
I enjoy just about every moment involving either of them in SKeys. (Especially Mal/Alex interactions. Light Eater Mal in Alex's jacket is the best X"D)
