I just got Ultra Sun, and was running around the grass, cuz gotta catch em' all. Then this thing just appears, and I'm like, "Aren't you gre- HOLY BEAR IN A CHAIR IT'S A SHINY!" Then I caught her, the end.
But this is the first shiny I ever caught, so yayyyyyy

last year I got a shiny Rockruff and named him Stitch cuz he reminded me of him for his blue fur.
i haven't played pokemon in a long time now. (q - q)

Jokes aside, nice! On X & Y I snagged 5 shinies, two of which were chained though.
I always think of the Olympics when I think of the shiny Audino I found 'cause I randomly stumbled into it while farming in a friend safari while also watching the 2OI4 winter Olympics... :P
