A Serpent of Crime by Jo-Kai Gon-Zo
Oh hey, I'm back!
I haven't drawn Liam in a while, so I decided to give him a serpentine dragon form.
As a dragon, he doesn't breathe fire, but instead shoots a sphere-shaped projectile that can break apart into millions of heat-seeking bullets that have the power of Desert Eagle ammo.
So yeah... Liam can be quite formidable, to say the least.
