This variant of Cloud Zerana are very dangerous, they rarely aren't angry or grumpy and are capable of creating tornados and plenty of destruction. Most Cloud Zerana have feathered wings, these guys have webbed wings and usually very complex markings. His eyes have 1 white ring around the pupil along with the black pupil which is very rare. Lightning can come from any part of his clouds and so can rain.
