Yep. He's my new oc. He's the brother of rainbow dash. In cloudsdale he's was one of the top flyers in his class but instead of taking the job of weather patrol in ponyville he decided to take up the sport of extreme snowboarding.

oc stands for original character. ex: your wolf and gaurd dog are your oc's because you thought of them.
