Your entry to the Crystal Dragons is nice, but they would all be either male or female. If you look at all the other Crystal Dragons, no matter how many heads, they're all the same sex.
It's how they work as a species. If that's confusing, it pretty much goes:
2 heads - 2 males OR 2 females, not a mix
3 heads - 3 males OR 3 females, not a mix
So on and so forth.
