I like it! It's like a creepy possessed demon chicken. That is, possessed by too much candy. That can't possibly be healthy, I mean, his beak is stuck together from all that sugar! XD

maybe it can use the cotton candy to trap things? kinda like a spider's web but stickier and nicer to eat? idk I can just imagine them having a sort of breath attack that's like the way you make cotton candy with the machine thing---

Nice cockatrice, with a more meaner look. :) A cockatrice is a hybrid of dragon and fowl bred together in case your wondering. Got that information from a book called Dracopedia.
