*Afraid of Joltiks and Garvantulas due to them taking elrctricity out of things and pokemon including Bolt.
*Dying, (If you read Zora's fear you knew that Bolt got into a accident, let just say he got crushed by multiple Stones because of a certain Lycanroc) He hopes not to end in that situation again.
*Really doesn't want to hurt those he cares about most (His Gf, and family) so he'll try to keep them happy no matter what.

Bolt is a very noble guy. : )
After almost dying, he's a rescuer who tries to help save others.
Isn't everyone afraid of death, at least a little?
