Ok, so I made a cast of creepy/weird new OC's

Anywho this is "Madame (Reid)".
No one knows if she's cursed, or was in some kind of accident that caused her to be born w/o q head. She has airborne hair though.
Madame cannot talk, so she uses sign lang.
Every full moon, Madame goes & bows to the moon. No one knows why she does this. Despite being headless, she seems to convey othes that she rather a cheerful person.
