A leader really has to watch out for the people who follow them. Those people will follow because they trust their leader. Maybe that'll help give some ideas!

Maybe you standing in front of all your friends, but they all have they're hands on they're hips and a determined expression? And then title it "Leadership is shared between friends" or something?
