Eve rubbed her head as she sat up. "What happened?" She mutters to herself. She glances around at her surrondings to find herself on the sidewalk in some city. It's late at night, & the moon is high up,in the sky.

Eve looks back at Sam. "It's okay..." She replies, getting back up. She dusts herself off, & reaches her hand out to heop Sam up. "By the way, would you happen to know where we are... I'm a bit, lost..." She adds.

Eve glances down at her transmittor. She presses a few buttons before giving up.

"Great, the damn thing usn't workung..." Eve mumbles to herself, shoving her transmitter into her pocket. She faces Sam & asks, "Hey, would you mind if I use your phone to make a call?"

"Thanks," Eve says, & starts dialing a number. While Eve talks on the phone, a shadowy figure stood down the side walk. It was staring at them, twitching a bit every now & than. Eve was too busy with her conversation to notice it

"Huh?" Eve looks at Sam, & than to the figure. She stands thee, frozen. "..."
The shadowy figure continues to stand there, staring at them. Eve hangs up the phone slowly as she feels her heart banging her chest.
"Wh-Why is it j-just standing th-there?" Her voce shook with every word she spoke.

"Y'know, we should probably get outta here," Eve suggests, tugging at her collar nervously
