I'm sorry Ems. When your upset, maybe try distracting yourself and then try talking to people after your more calm? Tbh sometimes I freak out about replying to someone, so I get it. I'm here to talk if you want, but since you just said it makes it hard for you to talk, I get it if you don't want to- But just fyi, you won the DTA! So hopefully that'll cheer you up a bit hah
