I just finished my animation and I go on but I don't understand these details, I feel dumb reading it over and over I need help. If anyone uses Sudomemo can any of you make a detailed tutorial because I don't get it. :(

I unfortunately can't help with this (I've never messed with anything Flipnote), and I don't know if you'll get much of a response here on C3d. This place is kinda dead unless you've already got a following built up and even then it still can be a bit barren...
You might be better off Googling it or asking someplace like Reddit.

Go to your WiFi settings
go to the proxy setting where you put Sudomemo.net or whatever.
Scroll right it’ll show the basic authorization (Set it to Use, then click on detailed setup)
It’ll ask for your Username (Which is your 16-Digit ID) and password (the password you used to login into Sudomemo)

I never really used sudomemo, but I do know that you can post the flipnote in gif form and such with an sd reader/writer drive, but I am not sure if the dsi one has the video export option
