My family also doesn't really understand my art and they are only really supportive of my more realistic pictures. Which i suck at. I don't really show them anything i do on colors, it's more private on here and safe.
My sister calls my Maiden Burning stuff, my "weird fantasy land cra.p"
Colors, honestly is an escape for me. When i draw, i become the person i'm drawing, i think differently and feel differently. I become someone that i'm not. It helps me see my life from a different point of view and actually helps me focus.

Oh Madi...I didn't know any of this :( I love your art. Everything you make on here is amazing. And I truly mean that! I appreciate both realism and cartoon/any other style that expresses one's self.
I don't want this to sound like it's coming off as pitty or anything like that, I just want you to know that I support you entirely. I've always been a fan of your's. And you're a great friend.
I never want you to feel like you have to try to be someone you're not. I wanna see the true Madi because I really care about you. And hearing that you have to escape through colors hurts my heart. :( I think you're a fantastic artist and I can't wait to see you get even better! You're amazing and I wanna give you a big friggin hug!
