@P2: Oh gosh, I'm horrible at drawing correct proportions-- no, rather, all & any anatomy, in general. :'D
But-- oh, heck! I'll try my best since you're asking, & I know how you feel. x'D

In my experience (very little. :v), for arm proportions anyway, the elbows generally hit around the mid-torso/waist area/just below the ribs; & the palm of the hand should hit around upper to mid-thigh. That's what I tend to try to aim for in my drawings, but remember, every body is different (See what I did there? :P). However, those general areas are usually about right, I've found.
