She has four abilities, she can switch between them. Train her to use a camera, and you've got yourself access to even the harshest parts of the ocean, it doesn't say it in the drawing, but she can withstand any amount of water pressure and is good at evading attacks.

Yes, there is fish living in her tail. Her entire body is water, except for the sea life and the tiny bit of sand.
