Uncompleted. The Matter Distorter can take a livng thing and make it into a seperate living thing, mythical or real at one point or another... Example: In goes a dog, out comes a cat. In goes a mouse, out comes a robin. The machine has had a 100 percent success rate, even with human testing. Also, with this device, uncurable diseases, like cancers or infections, can be specificly targeted and eleminated. The macine uses much electricity, and transforming the life form uses a certian substance...

I call Dark Matter, which takes time to create. Dark Matter can have a behavior that is irratic, so it must be stored efficiantly, protectivly, and sedidativly, which can be done with water. Also, due to the effects of Dark Matter, the water turns into a breathable substance I call oxy-water, a substance that is as dense and acts like water but is breathable, which is used to put the life form into an incubative state. The entire process of transforming a life form takes about 5 minutes to an hour, and only works if the life form is comfortable and/or relaxed.
