Generally, he is the old man of the pets. He acts grumpy, mean, and will tease. He also has a lot of stories about the "gold ol days", these stories normally end with a fight. Darkstrike was a battledome veteran of the old battledome. He trained on the Old Krawk Island and received magical abilities as soon as he released a faerie from a bottle. None of this "battle faerie ability academy" nonesense. Sine his abilities are no longer considered "legal" in the new battledome, he has stopped fighting. Instead, he helps train Maple, as she is the new battle pet of the family. While he does train her, he loves a good fight and is always up to fight.

While gold isn't the status symbol it once was, he is very proud of his paint job. He was painted gold when it was the most prestigious color, and he isn't changing any time soon. Besides, the new colors are so strange. Whoever heard of candy, pokadot, swampgas? The days of glass, stone, and gold are where its at!

His petpet is a snow kookith that was a gift from the advent calendar. Snow kookiths were discovered December 7, 2004 and none have been found since. Darkatrike prides himself on being a once rare pet with an exclusive petpet.

That's really all I have for him. I don't have too much of a backstory for him because he wasn't mine. His relavence has kind of been lost as new colors and a new battledome came out. I still cherish him tho, because he was a gift. So he is just kind of the old man in background.
