Her powers allow her to manipulate water, be it tides in the ocean to create hurricane-force waves, or to make it spontanously begin to precipitate (she can't control the temperature, so if it's cold enough it'll snow, out of her control). She can use water around her to attack, or generate her own, though generating her own causes her to get dehydrated, so she'll usually make it rain before fighting.
