He's a noble. Other #Shunisl know him as "Project Twinkle." In fact, other Shunis know barley anything about him- Because he's always asleep and top- secret.

You see, Shiloh has the rare ability to see the future, but only in dreams, in which his third-eye-thing will open and he will un-conciously talk about what he sees. That being said, he has a very powerful sleeping charm on him, in which he can only be awakened if its removed. Since he's constantly asleep, he's constantly prophosizing for the Nobles- If he's not seeing into the future, he may cry out. He's fully aware that he's Shuni and has kept all of his old memories by being constantly asleep. That being said, when awakened, he fights the urge normal Shuni have and starts to regress- However, no other Shuni has achieved this. The Nobles noticed this, so they inhanced the charm so that Shiloh doesn't know what he's prophosizing, and only knows when hes doing it. However, he kept fighting, so they keep using poisons and magic and such to try to brainwash him- so far they have succeeded in giving him a second personality.

Shiloh is also strange because of his white markings- while very rare by themselves, the fact that a different color fades into the white is even rarer, the possibility for this to happen is very low.

His backstory is still a wip but I kinda like it so far.
