The girl looked at her nub after Asher healed it, “... It... doesn’t hurt anymore. There’s not even a scar....” She looked curiously at it before tears began running down her face. “Why? Why are you so nice to me? I’m supposed to be dressing you as if you’re babies, but you still decide to help me.” She cried harder, now realizing how much she missed the warmth of someone helping her in a rough time.

I will never be able to leave without him knowing everything about me.” She solemnly lifted her skirt, showing Blue’s “I” symbol burned into her thigh. The burn had an unusual purple color to it, much like a Guardian Vampire’s branding marks.
