Masks:
The masks of these creatures show what a person desires most if they stare into them.

If someone does stare into it, the creature may become attached to the person, and try to fulfill their wish, never leaving their side.

They will live forever, unless a wish is granted. If they make someone's dream come true, then they will peacefully fade out of existence, leaving only the mask behind.

Granting a persons wish is the greatest accomplishment for them, so they will work towards this goal all their lives.

Groups:
They often live in small groups together, and are very caring and gentle creatures. Combat is a skill rarely taught in these groups, and so they struggle to defend themselves.

They're far more likely to try and talk their way out of any bad situations.

Physical Traits:

The mask is naturally attached to their face. If one wanted to remove it, it would have to be torn off or removed surgically.

Their wings are like a moths, but far stronger. Despite their small size, these wings can carry them with ease, and they can go quite far without resting.

The eyes are typically bright and seem to almost glow.
Their eyes have a black center, but this doesn't move at all. Looking into these eyes is almost like staring into a void.

The "petals" on the front legs are very durable, and have a metalic appearance.
They serve as a natural light source, and will glow constantly.
If they are torn, or ripped off, they grow back quickly.

While they don't practice combat often, their horns are a natural weapon. The older the creature, the longer the horns.
(although they can only reach a certain length)

As for physical strength, they are normally about as strong as a deer, however they can train to become stronger than this.

Corruption:

If they fulfill a wish that would be seen as "evil", they will not fade away. Instead they will slowly decay, living on for another year or two.

Voice:

They can speak in any known language, but their voice always has a slight echo to it.
They try to keep a calm tone in order to hide emotion from other beings.

Target Death:

If their "target" dies before the wish is granted, the creature lives on without penalty.

If they kill their "target", or are responsible for the death, they will decay and become "corrupt".
