Penelope has the ability to alter the pigment in her skin. She truly has no real appearance as her skin is extremely sensitive to even the most minimal changes in the environment. She can easily change her skin tone to a solid color and can hone in on certain areas to create the impression that something is larger or smaller than it actually is. Penelope also discovered she can hypnotize opponents if she flashes various colors simultaneously. However, she struggles to remain "in character" if she moves abruptly or the light source changes dramatically.
