I gave Peachi and Daisy baby category Pokemon.

In game, I can battle preschoolers. That's my argument.
They're Pokemon were given to them, and they're still young so they're unsure about how catching Pokemon works yet. (At least Morelull is willing).
Morelull are nocturnal, hence why he's sleeping.
This was mostly made for fun, it's not permanent in anyway.
