Regrets not giving her normal pants, just seems like that would have looked better, but is to lazy.
Rita's a kind lady who joined the junkers in hopes of seeing the world alive again, she's a doctor, so she prefers to stay in the background over going out into the frontlines.

(almost forgot) Her powers allow her to glide over the ground at highspeeds. (It's sorta like ice or roller skating, but on wind... so, wind skating?) She can attack with it to. But like mentioned, she prefers being support.
