So if they die in the grey world, they'll be stuck in the real world. Not so bad! But if they're unfortunate enough to die in the real world, they won't be able to get out of the grey world until you either die again or somehow reclaim your body in the real world.
That's exactly what happened to the TGC.
While out for stroll, the cat died (haven't decided how yet) and found himself in the grey world he had occasionally visited. He found that he couldn't teleport out. And so he moved on alone through the dark, dead grey town.

He met the Crow, who had the same ability as him. They decided to travel together, since the crow knew the place much better than the cat and could help him try to return to the real world. But they knew it wouldn't be easy.

I just wasn't really as close to him as I'd have liked to be and he was so young for a guniea pig, and I just wish I cherished my time with him more and I just wish I could have had one last cuddle with him

jkjk honestly i'd be afraid of such a long flight if i tried to get over there somehow :')
and hhhhhhheck guess who got a big snow storm and even the town roads are full of ice and snow ;)
sadly i'm pretty sure my school system tomorrow will be like "there's gotta be ten feet of snow or you're going to school!!" because our system is. not the best
