My only restrictions are that they:
-aren't "almighty gods"
-have to be humanoid. No furries.
-Theres no demons or angels here. (Those would be called hybrids.)
-They aren't related to royalty. You can pitch an idea but I'll have to think it over because, honestly, the story isn't focused only on the royals so they're just as special as everyone else.
