I had a strange dream about a bird person who was violently hurled into a plain room a coupla' months ago. My perspective was in the corner, on the ground, looking up at the door.
Anyway, I felt super bad for that bird. But, on the bright side, I've been able to draw birds ever since then. I mean, birdi-sh figures. Not hyper-realistic California Red Chested Wood-Canaries or anything specefic, real, or... whatever.
