As the older brother, he always tried to influence Shadowpaw to train more. But under his influence, his brother surpassed him, and used his training to follow through with Bloodstar's plan. Including fighting him. Even after the fights and falling out, Tornheart forgave Shadowtail, and persuaded him to come back to Leopardclan.
