Deeno encourages Charmandah to keep going, "Don't give up Chaemandah! You conquered your own fear! I know you can conquer everyone elses fears too!" Charmandah's face turns red, "Aww, come on Deeno, sometimes you're just too nice to me!" Deeno smiles, "Come on Charmandah, you need someone to support you." Dartrix ten reminds them both, "You really should get going now Charmandah. Decide which painting you are going to go through first and get cracking." Charmandah looks at both paintings and weighs his options, "(Well, hmm... I think I'll go and get Peekatchu first. His fear will probably be a lot easier than Skwertle's, whatever that is. Though, the more I think about it, Peekatchu is afraid of a lot of things..What if it's all of those things? Having Skwertle to help would sure be beneficial...)" Chamandah struggles to decide, "I don't know! What if I pick the wrong one?!" "Just pick any!" Dartrix says. "All right...Eenie meenie miney moe! The one I pick is the right way to go!"

Charmandah's finger points at Peekatchu's painting, "Well, here goes nothing. I'm heading into Peekatchu's guys!" Chaemandah steps up to the painting and looks at it, (How do you go into a painting?) Charmandah slowly stretches his arm toward the painting, and it goes in! "I guess that's how. I better check to make sure its safe to go wherever I end up." Charmandah stands on the frame of the painting and sticks his head in. Inside the painting, all that Charmandah can see is pitch darkness down a deep chasm, "Oh great, a falling dream!" Frightened, Charmandah witholds himself, however, the painting tips forward! Caught off guard, Charmandah loses his grip and falls straight in! "Waaaaahhhh!"

"It looks like he has entered the painting. Good," Dartrix states, "The quicker he goes the better. It's all up to him now." Deeno looks around and sees everyone. Concerned, she asks Dartrix, "Isn't there anything that we could do to help Charmandah?"

Dartrix thinks for a moment, "Well, not in the dreamscape, no. However, we can protect their bodies from freezing. I will carry Charmandah back to my tent and get him situated in there. Then I'll come back and bring some blankets and hot tea. We need to keep them warm at all costs." "Take me back too!" Deeno asks. "Not until everyone else is freed," He exclaims. "Now, there's no time to waste. Posthaste!"

"Aaaaaahhh!" Charmandah continues falling down pitch darkness, "Where's the bottom of th-" *PLOP* "I shouldn't have asked..." Charmandah gets up and looks around, "Hey, this kind of looks like where I started...which means, there should be a door around here." Sure enough, there was. He stepped up to it and gazed, "Well, whatevers in there, I'll give it all that I've got." Gathering his courage, he reaches for the handle...
"Hey don't do that."
"FWAAAAAAHHH!!!" Charmandah screams in shock! "Hey Charmandah! I'm so glad to see you!" It's Peekatchu!

"P-P-P-Peek-katchu!?!" Charmandah hyperventilates. "Gee Charmandah, you look like you've seen a Ghost. Is there a ghost around here?!?" Charmandah manages to calm himself down, and then asks, "Peekatchu, what are you doing here?" "Waiting." Peekatchu responds. Charmandah seems very confused, "Waiting? But, why didn't you enter the door?" Peekatchu then looks at Charmandah, pouting, "Charmandah, you don't do that! You can't just barge into somebody's door! That's so rude! You need to wait for someone to answer it and let you in." "So...You've just been waiting here then?" "Yup," Peekatchu knods. Charmandah smiles, "So, you haven't been in any fear?" Peekatchu looks at him again, with an unsettled look on his face, "Fear? I've been terrified! I hate being all alone! It's like, my greatest fear! It's been awful and so scary! Being alone in the dark! But now that you're with me, I feel so happy!" Charmandah then comes to his conclusion, "Oh, I get it, this must be your nightmare then!"

Peekatchu is very confused by Charmandah, "Nightmare? What?" Charmandah knods his head, "This makes total sense! So, then this door must lead to the exit! Come on!" Charmandah turns the handle, "Charmandah, don't! That's impolite!" "Peekatchu, it's just a random door. No one's going to answer it! Now, this way to freedom!" Charmandah enters through the door, however, it's not quite as he expected, "Hold on, this isn't the right forest area." Peekatchu enters the room behind Charmandah and the door vanishes. "We're not out yet!" He exclaims. Turning around, Charmandah asks, "So, what is your fear then Peekatchu?" They appear to be in some sort of forest, ahead of them is a long path, and at the end of the path, was a door with the word 'EXIT' pasted above it in glowing red neon letters. It was also night time. Peekatchu hides behind Charmandah, "Oh no! I can't do this!" Peekatchu yelps. Charmandah doesn't understand though, "I don't get it, what is so scary?" "Everything!"

Charmandah then remembers. Back when they had entered the forest, back in reality, (Wait a minute. Back when we were about to cut through the woods, Peekatchu was freaking out. And when we were cutting through, Peekatchu was immobolized with fear. But to me this is easy. Though, I was freaked out by the water in my dream. I guess, what may seem easy to some people, is as hard for others as their own fears. Well, it's a good thing that I'm here to lend a helping hand. Oh wait a minute, I don't have that move. Better try anyways.) Charmandah grabs Peekatchu's hand and then tells him, "All right Peekatchu, I'm going to help you get through this, just like what we did in real life!" Peekatchu calls out Charmandah though, "But you said that we WOULD get through in real life, but we didn't! How is it going to be any easier in my imagination then in real life!?" Charmandah feels a bit bad, and tries to think of something to comeback that statement. (Umm..oh yeah!)

"Peekatchu, do you remember what we did in real life?" "N-N-n-no..." he replies. Charmandah tells him, "Remember when you closed your eyes and it made all of the fear go away!?" Peekatchu then stops cowarding, and remembers, "Oh yeah! And, pluging my ears too!" Peekatchu stands up, "But, I won't be able to know where I'm going if I can't see." Charmandah then explains, "I'll hold your hand, and I'll do the walking. You just overcome your fear." "Ok! I think I can do that. Peekatchu closes his eyes. Charmandah grabs his tail and says to him, "Now, don't look or listen for anything! Also, think of a song, a really loud and happy song, and envision your happy place! That will help you relax!" Peekatchu plugs his ears and thinks of happy thoughts, "Ready!" Charmandah then begins walking, "Ok...here we go..." The two enter the forest, and immediately, Charmandah feels like something isn't quite right...

"Wait a second...It was Peekatchu's imagination that made him afraid...So, if this is his nightnare, than all the things he imagined might be here. *Gulp*" Not long after, a loud Hoot is heard. Charmandah looks into the woods and sees a Noctowl, atop a branch staring at him, "It's just a Pokemon...Hello friendly Noctowl!" It doesn't respond. Charmandah tries to keep walking, but stops when he hears a strange buzzing sound. "Um, what IS that? Do I dare check? Charmandah looks back at the Noctowl, and..
ZZZZTT!
It starts shooting laser beams out of it's eyes! "OH MY GOSH!" Charmandah then dashes through the woods, running as fast as he can! He runs by chainsaw killers, Creepypastas, tax reports, and many, MANY horrifying things. Peekatchu is able to completely ignore everything though, as he hums the bicycle tune from Gen 1, and thinking of his rubber Psyduck, "Ahhh, hey Charmandah! This is actually really easy!" He says, unable to hear anything, "YOU THINK!?! AAAAAHHHH!"

Finally, they make it! And Charmandah crashes straight through the door! They arrive back in the parallel forest, and Charmandah is in disbelief. Peekatchu takes a peak, and sees that they are now somewhere else, "Hey! Charmandah! We made it! Thank you so much for helping me! Uhh, Charmandah?" Charmandah is lying on the ground, "Yeah..." He rolls over, completely terrified, "I think I'M afraid of the woods now."

That ends today's part! Oh man! No wonder Peekatchu was afraid of the forest with an imagination that wild. Most of the time your imagination is a blessing. However, if it gets used against you by fear, it can be very difficult to overcome sometimes. Well, I hope you all enjoyed! : D Stay tuned for more story coming up in the next part tomorrow!
