I really suck at coming up for good starts to a rp lol XD

Vesna was sitting on the ground, hidden behind a few smaller trees in the forest. Her legs were crossed as a little rabbit layed in her lap, injured from one of the traps that hunter sometimes leave behind. Treating the wound carefully, her ears began to twitch as she heard something not far away from her. Someone else must've been near, maybe a hunter? As quiet as possible she carefully picked up the rabbit in her arm and peaked around one of the trees to scan the area for anything suspicious.

I'm also super slow with responding because of double checking words and stuff lol @Kole

Vesna now heard the movement coming towards her, so she made sure to be ready for anything. Though she was rather surprised seeing someone that didn't quite looked like one of the hunters she usually sees around the forest. Still not sure about the man however, she decided to stay hidden behind a tree, making her voice seemingly hard to locate where it came from as she yelled out "Who are you and what is your business in this forest?"

Hearing the man speak didn't really help her figure out if he was a threat or not so she continued to stay hidden for now. "Scouting you say? Are you a hunter of some sort?" her tone of voice sounded rather harsh.

//A guard?// Vesna thought to herself, now curious if the man spoke the truth. She carefully moved a little to the left to peek out behind the tree she was hiding at. Getting a slight glimpse of the stranger she got more confident that at least he wasn't a hunter so she slowly walked out from her hiding spot the small scared rabbit still in her arms.

Vesna's expression stayed calm despite his tone of voice, after all she encountered much more dangerous beings in the past. "I am a herbalist, i work in a small town not far away from this forest. My name is Vesna and this is my usual spot to search for my herbs." She stepped a bit closer to take a closer look at him, her curiousity always got the better of her.

Vesna sighed heavily at his question, hey eyes closing for a moment. "Well lately there is a group of hunters around this part of the forest, injuring the poor animals or even terrorising travelers who pass by." she looked down at the small animal in her arm which didn't seem to be scared of Bellinor as it looked curiously in his dirrection.

"Usually you are not wrong, if those hunters wouldn't be so corrupted and don't even hold back to attack travelers or the people from the town. So bandits would be a more accurate word for them i presume" Vesna noticed the sudden interrest in her little friend as she looked down to the rabbit with a soft smile. "I'm surprised, this little guy seems to like you" this was reason enough for her to know that he couldn't be such a bad person or someone to be affraid off.

Vesna only chuckled at his reaction, still looking down as she patted the lil guy with her finger. "If you spend as much time with animals like i do, you learn to understand their feelings and can just...tell" she looked up at him with a small smile.

"Hmm yes i assume you wouldn't get a lot of free time if you work as a guard...what kind of guard if you don't mind the question?" Vesna continued to look at the man while holding the bunny closer towards him "You could also pet him if you'd like"

"Oh, so you are part of the royal guard even? Hmm that is quite interesting indeed" Seeing his reaction towards the rabbit ,Vesna tilted her head slightly "You are not afraid of such a cute creature, are you?"

Shoooot...i should sleep...it's already past midnight for me and i have a lot of stuff to do tomorrow..halp lol But we could continue this sometime in the evening again if you want ^^

Yes it was, even if it was short xD Hope to continue again tomorrow ^^
