There are 3 ways you can get your ds pics onto your pc.

Method 1: Go to colors from your pc, move your go to a picture & move your cursor over it, then right click on the picture, when you right click on a picture or other thing a box will show up on screen with various options. there should be a "Save image as..." somewhere in there, choose that and put it in your pictures folder.

Method 2: This one only works if your pc has a sd slot, (Big, or micfo) a sd card adapter,(if your pc takes regular size sd cards) and the right sized screwdriver for your ds. If you don't have the right screwdriver for your ds then don't bother with this method, as it's to easy to kill the screws. But in short it's basically taking your sd card out of your ds, putting it into the computer, and saving the image files off the sd card.

Method 3: (This is the one i use) To do this, you'll need to save your pics to your sd card. (Which you can do in your offline gallery on colors.)
Now first, open & log into gmail on your 3ds, then activate the mobile view thing. (which i don't remember where it is, so one moment while i check that.)

(Note, this only works on the new 3ds) While still on gmail, tap on the thing on bottom right of the screen, and then click on the empty box that says activate mobile view or whatever. Gmail should look different after you do that. then click on settings, and go to the bottom of the screen, and tap on the desktop view option. (You should turn of mobile view once there) From there you can compose mail and as i usually do, email the pictures off your ds to yourself. so in short, you just email yourself from your ds. (any of this making sense?)

For tagging people, just write :iconusername: Exactly like that to make their icon appear,except replace the username part with the person's actual username. (ex, :iconshira-the-angel:) (It SHOULD appear in their mentions, but sometimes its iffy) or put @Username.
You can also put tags on a pic right before uploading it.

Now unto commisions, (Note this applies to da points) i've never done one myself, but near the top of your profile-

There's a edit page button, click on that and it'll allow you to add new things to your page. In there you can add a commision option to your page, where you can set a point price and have people pay there. or at the top of the page where it says shop, hold your cursor over it and click on points, from there you can copy a URL that will let others send points to you. (Would reccomend noting the person, tho not sure how well noting works off of pc, sense you can't comment from there)
