Congratulations to @VioletGem !!! after a long debate with my advisors, and myself, i decided to give the egg to Violet. I will give out the eggs as i decide who gets them. so stay updated.
As it turns out, not only does this Lumirium Dragon have VERY uncommon coloration, She is also a descendant of Lumirium Nobility. (noted by the complex spike shape.)
