Blue Ilma, the king of the world, is a child who forced himself onto the throne by wiping out the previous kings and queens.

The now dead kings were extremely open and welcoming to their people, but the new kings are now forced to wear masks and conceal their identities. He often hits and kicks these kings, and treats them like street animals. He enjoys humiliating the women and making the men cry like children.

Blue is known to be sadistic and dominating, torturing those who disobeys his word. He is not known to have a soft spot for anyone, which has spread rumors that he is not human. However, those rumors are false.

Being part of the Ilma bloodline, Blue has been taught rare magic. He is able to control those around him, and can see through everyone else’s eyes at will, and other things. With these skills, he picks out people worthy of kings. He typically chooses people who he believes will rule the world properly and can teach their people positive things.

Blue is currently working on a way to eternalize others’ lives, wanting to keep his six current kings alive forever. He is visually 12-14 years old, but in reality is well into his 1000’s due to his own magic capabilities. He hopes to turn this magic into a serum that requires very little of his energy to use.
